Drink that Christmas spirit!

What better way to get into the holiday mood than to literally drink some Christmas spirit…

Creamy, frothy, eggnog with a dash of whiskey. Served with sing-along carols and a glowing Christmas tree.

Holidays just aren’t the holidays without it!


What you need (serves 2):

3 egg yolks

6 tsp sugar

1 tbs cinnamon

60 ml milk (add more depending on how thick you enjoy it)

2 Tbs of your favourite whiskey (add more depending on how strong you enjoy it)

What you do:

Add egg yolks and sugar into a mixing bowl and beat (with electric beater) until thick, white and creamy.

Add cinnamon, milk and whiskey and beat for a few seconds to create a slight froth on top.

Pour into whiskey glasses with a few blocks of ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
