A cool refreshing slice of watermelon is the epitome of summer! It’s hard not to love this combination of sweet watermelon and salty feta.
For those of you who’ve never tried it – do it now! It’s the perfect high volume (low calorie) treat for summer. Not to mention its hydrating benefits.
Other than watermelon and feta, all the other ingredients can be replaced with what you love most. Swop basil for mint; instead of lime use lemon; add some pistachios or walnuts; and if you’re really adventurous, add sliced jalapeños and remove the chili.
